Policy Regarding Copyright, Open Access, and User License

When a manuscript is submitted, it is assumed that the work has never been published previously (apart from as a thesis) and that it is not currently being considered for publication in any format elsewhere. Copyright will be immediately assigned to "JOMSSI" upon manuscript submission along with a duly completed copyright statement. Any further uses of the material are not the responsibility of the journal or publisher.

This publication gives authors the option of open access, which means that everyone, even non-subscribers, will be able to view their work right away. Every work that JOMSSI publishes is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License. This gives everyone permission to reproduce, share, transmit, and modify the work as long as they properly credit the original author and source.
